I earned my Master of Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2001, and I've spent every year since working with children and families across South Florida, in schools, preschools, and homes. Along the way I also became a certified pediatric sleep coach, because so many of the struggles I saw during the day followed families straight into bedtime.

With my dual background, my approach is gentle, practical, and rooted in child development. As a pediatric occupational therapist, I focus on the whole child. I start with your child (their temperament, what overwhelms them, what comforts them) and with what your days actually look like, so everything we put in place fits your real life.

When I'm not working with families, I love fitness, tending my orchids, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with my family.

Little ones aren't trying to make things hard. They're having a hard time.

A little More about Me

Work with me

I work with parents of toddlers and preschoolers, 18 months to 5 years, whose days are shaped by big feelings: meltdowns over small things, hard transitions, and bedtime struggles.
